Who is eligible
- Must be an active SNPhA student member
- Must be registered for the SNPhA/NPhA National Convention on time
- Must be in attendance at the Saturday awards ceremony and Sunday Banquet at the convention to receive the award

- Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (the writer must list all applicable scholarships if applied to multiple awards)
- Official or unofficial academic transcripts
