Who is eligible
- Must be a current NSCA or International Affiliate member at the time of application and award
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a strength and conditioning field
- Must not have won this award twice previously
- Must not have a conflict of interest with the NSCA/NSCA Foundation Board or staff

- Transcripts from each school attended
- 3 letters of recommendation
