- Must have at least one academic quarter remaining in a degree, certificate, or credential program at the time of application
- Must be enrolled in at least six credits, or be enrolled in one to five credits while pursuing a declared degree or credential program
- No GPA requirement applies
- Selection prioritizes students with demonstrated financial and personal need (weighted criteria includes first-generation student status, racial/ethnic demographics, parenting status, multi-lingual capacity, lack of access to other financial aid, household income, and basic needs assessment)
