Who is eligible
- Preference given to First Presbyterian Church Tulsa members of at least 1 year, then open to other PCUSA or Presbyterian Church in America members
- Must have a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for undergraduate studies
- Must maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale to maintain the award
