Who is eligible

  • Be a legal resident of the 50 United States, Guam or the District of Columbia
  • Be at least 17 years of age and no older than 26 years of age as of the last day of the Program Period
  • Be enrolled or planning to enroll at least part-time in an accredited post-high school higher education undergraduate program (including accredited two- and four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical and trade schools) for the Spring 2026 semester
  • Have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
  • Be eligible for Federal student aid at the college or career school he/she/they plan to attend
  • Be willing to work with the administrator of the Program throughout the application and award process, and participate in a 14-week mentorship program
